During the coronavirus outbreak, our focus is the safety and well-being of our employees, who are vitally important to the customer experience, as well as our community we serve. Another important area of focus is the continued service to you, our customers.
For years Discovery Auto Group has been changing the way people experience purchasing a vehicle. We live by a core value to improve the car buying experience! We are well equipped to respond to your needs during the pause the coronavirus (COVID-19) has placed on social gatherings. We are complying to help protect the community in this time of risk management and are closing the showroom as ordered by the state government until April 30.
Our goal is to always offer the level of quality, responsiveness and support that you have come to expect from Discovery Auto Group. In response, we want to remind you that our team is still available to deliver the buying experience our community has come to expect from DAG.
We have created an online buying platform which allows you to make a vehicle purchase from the comfort of your home. We then offer home delivery and limit any physical contact. The Team at Discovery Auto Group will continue to be available to you via Text, Email or Phone.
Our dealership is working with each of our critical business functions and support systems to adapt to this new working environment while we implement our own continuity plans. Our showroom is not open but we are not closed for business!
